This was the most laid back Yosemite elopement ever! This super adventurous couple invited their closest family and friends to their surreal elopement! From the epic viewpoint at Glacier Point to the redwood forests, these two lovers had the perfect wedding day at Yosemite! It felt like a magical dream and I still can’t believe it happened!
Mountain top first looks are the sweetest, and these two had the biggest freaking smiles as they saw each other for the first time!! I loved seeing the groom’s reaction!! The gorgeous bride wore a crown of greenery and small flowers, and carried the most stunning bouquet (that her groom held while she said her vows!!) Raquel and Joey stayed true to their personal style for their day!! I died over Raquel’s low back lace wedding gown and long veil!! Serious boho bridal inspo!! And the groom looked so handsome with his suit and suspenders!
These high school sweethearts exchanged personal vows with Half Dome behind them and their adorable family cheering them on from the ledge above!! I love that these two kept their guest list super small so they could have a stress free magical day and focus on being with each other! After their sweet and simple elopement ceremony, we did a couple family portraits and then adventured around the cliff side for some stunning bride & groom portraits! Yosemite has incredible redwood forests so of course we caught the sunlight through the trees! I love when couples aren’t scared to run around and make their wedding day an adventure! You can just tell how much they love each other (seriously it beams like sunshine!!) and I am so grateful I got to witness them promise forever!!
And yes, I’m obsessed with national park elopements!! Check out another gorgeous Yosemite elopement here!
